Snowflakes Collection .... The Book

Whoo..whoo... Dah Siap! Done! Finished!......Phew....

What am I talking about? My tatted snowflakes, of course. After months of work, at last, the patterns for my snowflakes are done. Most of the snowflakes are what I have written about here before. I have picked out 15 of the snowflakes and put the patterns in a book. Most of the patterns have split rings or mock rings in them. All are charted with written instructions as well.

  3. Let me be the first to congratulate you on a job well done and I WILL be placing my order for an autographed copy! You have thrilled me with your snowflake designs and I can't wait to get this book. I will add my "Whoo Hoo" to yours!
To those of you who might be thinking about ordering the book, DO IT! I have been granted the pleasure of testing several of the patterns for Jon and they are spectacular. Now that she has announced it I will have to scan them and post them to my blog.
Congratulations again Jon on a job well done!

  4. Well done, Jon, on completing your book! I know from experience the amount of hard work that you have had to do to achieve this.
It is going to take a lot of computer ink and a lot of your time to produce every book as a "hard" copy. Have you considered producing a PDF option?
When I put my books onto the internet for sale it was one of the first questions I was asked. When was I going to do a PDF version? I got onto it straight away and I have sold many, many more copies as PDF than hard copy.
It's just my opinion, but I do think you will sell far more if you have this option.

  8. Thank you for all the wonderful wishes. I felt a great sense of accomplishment when I completed this. And the comments that were left on my blog before this was one of the things that motivated me to work on this project.

Linda, thank you for your suggestion about printing it on pdf. I may consider it for another time. Right now it will still be in hardcopy print. I want that personal touch to it.

Mel, I'll e-mail you another time about your request.
