I also have been intimidated by the leaves, but they are so attractive and are a nice contrast to to 'normal' tatting.
I remember seeing the tat-a-long back then. So nice of you to track down the availability of the books through the family.

I also want to mention that fantastic video Kathy Niklewiczhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03471658272689112787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33190757.post-90432593229099143592019-10-01T08:45:31.194+08:002019-10-01T08:45:31.194+08:00Beautiful doilyBeautiful doilyAlka Gudadhehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02844434893965178708noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33190757.post-45298615210116410192019-09-30T21:46:41.143+08:002019-09-30T21:46:41.143+08:00I hope you'll get the 2nd book, Diane. I’m now addicted to them and have made several pairs of earrings using the pattern on Umi’s page. If you add beads to the chain thread and put them at the tips of the rows then they sparkle beautifully. I LOVE the doily you did.Jane Eborallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05129528958253092545noreply@blogger.com
